Refunds
If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with our service, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of payment and get a full refund if you are a client under the “per project” contract or “hourly” contract. If you are a client under the “monthly retainer” contract, please refer to the cancellation policy below.
Cancellations
Retainers may be terminated by either party for any reason with 20 (twenty) days advance written notice of intent to cancel. Retainer fees for the last month of service are due and payable in full on or before the 1st or the 15th of the month, whether actual services are performed or not. Retainer fees are due in full for the intended month of cancellation if proper notice is not provided.
